Your KARRI App Account is linked with your App and lets you control your KARRI devices. It is also where your KARRI profile is stored. This is shown in any Chats that you are a part of when you send a new message.
Edit your KARRI Profile
To change your KARRI Profile display name, or change your picture, tap 'Settings' in the bottom-right corner of the App. Next, tap 'My Profile' and then 'Edit' in the top-right corner of the screen.
From here, you can change your display name by simply typing in the box or you can change your profile picture by tapping 'Edit' below the current picture and upload your preferred photo.
Change your Password
To change your KARRI App Account Password, tap 'Settings' in the bottom-right corner of the App. Next, tap 'My Profile' and then 'Change Password'. Now, add your current password and then your new password. You will need to confirm the new password.
Passwords must contain upper and lowercase letters, a number and a symbol, as well as be at least 8 characters long
Once complete, tap 'Done' and your password will be updated.
Delete your Account
To change your KARRI App Account Password, tap 'Settings' in the bottom-right corner of the App. Next, tap 'My Profile' and then 'Delete Account'. You will then be asked to confirm your deletion request.
Warning: Deleting your account will remove all of your KARRI App data from our database, including all of your Chats and connections to KARRI devices
Please note, deleting your account removes only data associated with your KARRI App Account. For a full information deletion request, please contact Customer Support.
