You've mastered sending messages and now want to let your child roam with their KARRI but still want to be able to check in on them? Look no further - this article will show you how to track your KARRI devices, see if they have enough battery and how much signal they have.
Track your KARRI
Tracking your KARRI is simple! In the KARRI App, tap the 'Locator' button in the bottom left corner of your screen. This will take you to the map where you will see a pin with the location of your device.
If you have multiple KARRIs, you can tap the arrow (^) button in the bottom right to select a different KARRI. The App will jump to the device you select in this menu.
Check your KARRI status
Tapping the pin of the KARRI you want to check on will bring up the status page for that KARRI. This shows whether there is GPS coverage, network coverage (phone signal) and the battery life of the KARRI.
You can also view this status page by tapping 'Settings', 'Manage KARRI' and selecting the KARRI you would like to view.
KARRI works with multiple phone networks so it's unlikely that your KARRI will be without signal for long but some buildings may block signal when inside
If you are finding that your KARRI doesn't have signal in an area where you can usually receive phone signal, please contact our Customer Support Team.
