If you didn't purchase or activate a KARRI Membership when you paired your device, the following steps will get you online! If you haven't yet paired your KARRI, you can follow the steps in the following links to get started and activate your membership as part of the process!

Purchasing your KARRI Membership
If you didn't already purchase a membership along with your KARRI, you can do this via the App, either via the setup links above or, if you skipped this step, by following the instructions below.
To get started, open the KARRI menu in your App and select the KARRI that you'd like to buy a membership for. Scroll down to the Membership section and tap to open it, then tap 'Get a membership'.
This will take you to the activation page where you will be asked to enter your membership code or purchase a membership via the 'Get a membership' button. Tapping this will direct you to our website where you can buy the membership of your choice.
Once purchased, you'll receive a membership code from us within an hour. This will be sent to the email address you purchased with. If you haven't received the code, please check your spam or junk folders in case it's been sent to the wrong spot!
Activating your KARRI Membership
Once you have a KARRI Membership Code, it's time to get this linked to your KARRI.
To do this, open the KARRI menu in your App, select the KARRI that you wish to activate, tap the Membership section and then 'Get a membership'.
On the next page, tap 'Enter membership code'. You'll then need to enter the 8 digit code that was provided to you in your membership activation email.
Tap 'Confirm code' to finish! Your KARRI Membership is now linked with your KARRI device and you can use it out and about!
Changing the KARRI your Membership is linked with
If you decide to get a different KARRI at some point in the future, you can move your membership across to the new device to save the hassle of cancelling and buying a new membership!
To do this, you must first delete the original KARRI from your App. Tap the KARRI menu, select the old KARRI and scroll to the bottom of the page. Here, you can choose the Delete KARRI option.
Doing this will automatically remove the membership from the KARRI and make it available when you start to activate the new KARRI.
Instead of entering your Membership Code, you'll see your membership available to add directly from the Membership section of the KARRI menu in your App.
